I used to walk to the Takoma Park Metro Station to go downtown, passing through Fort Totten station on the next stop: Washington Metro Train Crash Kills Six. (By the way, natives of the area know that there is no ’s’ on the end of Spring.)

i remember the takoma station from my childhood when it was a railway train stop - long before Metro. then when we lived four blocks away i used to go and fetch people at the takoma red line station in Mamma Mormoni's Tipsy Taxi. this just seems to strike close to home for me.
