I haven’t been getting much in the way of early morning shots because even I don’t wake up that early in June.

that's odd. in the summer i wake up earliest. usually by or before five and wait for the first light to peek in between the curtains to actually get up and get ready for work. as the sunshine comes later, so does my awakening.
